TulaThe mikve is being constructed on the basement floor of the new community center. The building is in the process of concrete deposits for the mikve itself. This is one of the most important stages in the construction of a mikve – ensuring full impermeability of the mikve pools and rainwater tanks.Tula, a large industrial city, is a traveling distance of two hours from Moscow and has a large, active community. They have their local Rabbi, an evening Kollel, Jewish school and kindergarten. There are a few families residing there who are returnees to Judaism.
