The Conference of European Rabbis is happy to announce that CER has made arrangements for communities to link up and thus participate in the official Siyum Hashass taking place in Madison Square Garden, New York, on March 1st, with the participation of 120,000 people plus all the centres around the US, Canada, and Europe.

For those who wish to participate in this historic event the following needs to be available:

• A High Speed internet line ( T1 or E1 )
• A projector facility with a large screen linked up to the computer.
